Can I get free shipping?

All orders over $34.99 and cleaning concentrate refill subscriptions are eligible for free shipping.

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

Log in to your account, go to the account dashboard, click “My Subscriptions” in the sidebar, find the subscription you wish to cancel, then click the “View” button of the row. After being redirect to the subscription page, click “Cancel” or "Pause" in the top right corner

How do I change my refill subscription frequency?

Simply, cancel your current subscription and create a new one.

How do I change my address?

Log in to your account, go to the account dashboard, click “My Subscriptions” in the sidebar, find the subscription you wish to adjust, then click the “Edit” button of the row. After being redirect to the subscription page, click “Edit” in the top right corner, then you will be able to edit your billing/shipping information.

Can I purchase Infuse in stores?

Yes! You can find Infuse Spray Bottles, Spray Mops, Microfiber Cloths and Cleaning Concentrates all exclusively at Target stores.

How long will it take to get my order?

We typically ship 2 - 3 business days after we receive your order. Depending on where you live, you can expect to have your order delivered to you in 7 - 10 business days.

I bought Infuse at Target and need to return, should I go to the store, or can I return directly to you?

Items purchased from a retail store must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the retailer’s policies.

Concentrated cleaning cartridges must be unused, and in original packaging.
